Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and direct visitors to proper locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations per site protocols.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports, communicating professionally with leadership.
