Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by employer.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site procedures and access screening protocols.
• Screen incoming personnel and belongings; verify authorization and direct to entry points or reception areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols; complete logs and incident documentation.
