Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required per policy.
• Licensing requirements per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify and report hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity; verify credentials and follow site procedures for entry and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate to leadership.
