Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Route Driver in Seattle, WA for a part-time post at a retail/mall location. You'll perform routine patrols, drive as part of the route, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while documenting activities.

The position offers a part-time schedule, with daytime shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and a pay rate of $24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents and communicate with leadership and responders as needed.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities and communicate with leadership and responders as needed.
