Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at the site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries as required.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate findings to site leadership.
