Job summary

Allied Universal in Renton, WA is seeking a part-time Security Officer with armed driving patrol responsibilities. You will provide security and customer service across aerospace/defense sites, perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents.

Qualifications

Concealed carry permit required.
At least 1 year armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site contacts or responders.
Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities and reporting unusual conditions to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry into controlled areas.
Carry and maintain authorized duty equipment in compliance with policies and laws.
