Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Monitor calls, alarms, radio traffic, and electronic systems; dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident records per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as directed.
• Monitor access-related activity and support security operations.
