Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Montgomery, AL to provide reliable security and customer service at a commercial real estate site. This role features fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and the option to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities (portable toilets and rustic guard shacks).
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and property conditions; document observations in required reports.
• Assist with maintaining a professional environment by providing directions and communicating with tenants and site personnel.
