Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while performing security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities.
