Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Patrol in Knoxville, TN. In this role you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols at a logistics and distribution site, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering strong customer service.

You will verify credentials, document entries and incidents, and report security-related observations with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers per procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns with calm, professional approach.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Verify credentials, direct authorized visitors/drivers, document entries/exits.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and patrol reports.
