Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor flow during programs and events.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
