Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol at our Springfield, TN site. This part-time role offers the chance to protect people and property while building reliable routines through a responsive, team-oriented environment.

You will perform foot and vehicle patrols, monitor access points, document observations, and communicate concerns clearly to management, contributing to a safe workplace and positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, verify authorization, and document entries and exits per site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports on patrol observations and incidents, and communicate updates to site leadership.
