Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers flexible, dependable hours and the chance to work toward a full-time career with the industry leader.

You will provide security services, respond to incidents, and perform patrols at an assigned site. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour, with fixed anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through our Earn More program.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service and follow security procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of buildings, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports for site management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
