Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail tenants following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking, and perimeter; report hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in line with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor/employee flow per location requirements.
• Document observations and incidents; communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.
