Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters.
• Monitor access, report incidents, and document maintenance and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel or responders.
• Assist with access control and visitor inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
