Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Driver Documentation in Durham, NC. You will provide security services at government locations and support a safe, secure environment while using our Shift-claim platform to explore additional roles.

The role includes day/evening shifts with a schedule that supports part-time employment. A valid driver’s license, tech comfort with devices, and customer service experience are preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: valid driver’s license and compliance with policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and report/escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and policy violations.
