Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories will be considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies; respond to emergencies when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/driver credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in required reports and logs.
