Allied Universal® is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver) in Raleigh, NC. The role involves protecting clients across various industries, building a flexible schedule via the Claim a Shift platform, and contributing to a secure, collaborative environment.

You will perform patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document activities while upholding site-specific policies. A valid driver’s license, HS diploma, and background screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation to comply with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems during critical situations.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report unusual conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities and communicate to supervision and site contacts.
