Qualifications

• X-Ray screening or related security screening knowledge preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, entry points, and common areas.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processes per site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
