Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and assist with visitor management and entry protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and request appropriate support when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and report maintenance or access-control concerns.
