Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations for the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; assist with visitor management.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications with professionalism.
