Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
Drug screen per legal allowances.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk following site procedures and access-control protocols.
Greet visitors, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate records.
Monitor entry activity, manage calls, deliveries, and communicate information to site contacts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies using established procedures.
Report unusual activity and coordinate with leadership and site personnel as needed.
