Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor entry activity, manage calls, deliveries, and communicate with site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies using established procedures.
• Support security operations by reporting unusual activity and coordinating with leadership.
