Allied Universal in Bothell, WA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Driver/Visitor Services. You will manage front desk duties, visitor verification, access control, and customer service for tenants, visitors, and employees at a busy commercial property.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with day and night shifts, driver duties, and opportunities to participate in Allied Universal's growth and training programs. A valid driver’s license is required; CPR is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per laws.
• Criminal history considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Monitor entry activity, manage calls and deliveries, and communicate information to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies per procedures.
• Report unusual activity and coordinate with leadership and site personnel.
