Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to port facility visitors, personnel, contractors, and authorized drivers while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of assigned facilities, access points, waterfront areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by checking credentials and directing authorized individuals and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and complete required reports.
• Document daily activities, observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately and promptly.
