Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity as required.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document activities, and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional and welcoming environment while maintaining security awareness throughout the location.
