Allied Universal's Whitsett, NC location is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol Tour Verification. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide a visible security presence, and assist employees and visitors.

The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, and the use of computer or tablet tools. Schedule includes night and weekend shifts with a pay rate of $16.48 per hour and a focus on safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology office areas, lobbies, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
