Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a utility services location while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and access points.
• Monitor visitor and contractor access and maintain activity logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with emergency response as directed.
• Document observations and incidents in timely, clear reports.
