Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utilities location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and assist with response as directed.
• Document observations and incidents with timely reports to leadership.
