Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and partners.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus facilities and grounds.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with supervisors and stakeholders.
