Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access issues in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols through warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, driver, and contractor entry procedures.
• Document observations and incidents with accurate reports and communicate to site leadership.
