Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Site Support in Blythewood, SC. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries, providing exceptional customer service while performing security procedures and patrols.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, collaborative workplace. Background checks and drug screening are required; a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with appropriate notifications.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation.
