Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time - Site Observation in Blythewood, SC to monitor and protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will maintain a visible presence, perform access control, report concerns, and work with site personnel to ensure safety.

This role offers flexible scheduling with a per hour pay rate of $19.10 and opportunities to learn new shifts through our Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports per company requirements.
