Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide tenant, visitor, contractor, and staff with security and customer service at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following established protocols and contacting emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to supervision.
