Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the site, including interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry/incident records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Deter unauthorized activity by observing and reporting suspicious conditions.
