Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, or maintenance needs.
• Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site management.
