Pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service at the site, patrols, monitoring access points, incident reporting, and following site procedures while maintaining a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to leadership.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to store management.
