Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Communications in Salem, OR. The role offers flexible, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts to earn more, at a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include providing customer service, responding to incidents, conducting patrols throughout the retail location, reporting concerns, and assisting with access control.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store personnel, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location including sales areas and entrances.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to store contacts and leadership.
• Assist with access control, monitor entrances/exits, and deter theft-related activity.
