Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel following procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and report per protocols.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols across the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and hazards and communicate with leadership.
• Assist with access control and help deter unauthorized activity.
