Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required for this role.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk location within a tech/telecom environment by following site procedures and security protocols.
• Monitor facility access, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain visitor logs.
• Answer calls, give directions, and communicate professionally with staff, visitors, vendors and responders.
• Observe activities and report suspicious behavior or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow emergency procedures, escalating when needed.
