Allied Universal® is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for overnight weekend patrols in San Diego, CA. The role involves patrolling, monitoring, and assisting on-site personnel, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The schedule runs Saturdays and Sundays with overnight hours, offering a flexible PT opportunity within a leading security team. The candidate must meet minimum requirements, including age and education.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to support authorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
