As a Security Officer Morning Weekend Patrol - Clearance Requiredin San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain an organized environment, respond to inquiries, and assist with incident reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and emergency responders.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and escalating concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
