Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, staff support, and site access procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and observation reports per site policies.
