Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and alert hospital personnel or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report violations.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and promptly.
