Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific access procedures and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Verify identification, review visitor authorization, issue temporary credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, exits, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Operate access control, alarm, camera, and communication systems per site procedures while protecting confidential information.
