Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and contractors by enforcing site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and credentialed access points; verify identification and authorize entry.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and access-related records; issue and collect temporary credentials as directed.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
