Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a part-time Security professional to monitor the facility, manage entry/exit, and respond to alarms. A one-week daytime training period is required during the first week of employment (M/T 8am-4:30pm, W/TH/F 6am-2:30pm).

The role includes badge issuance, log maintenance, and coordinating with the Facility Department. The position requires a high school diploma, valid NYS Driver’s License, NY State Security License, and First aid/CPR-AED certifications, with the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year security experience.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and NY State Security License.
• First aid and CPR/AED certifications.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Able to work flexible shifts, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building security and control entry/exit.
• Document daily activity in a logbook.
• Escort contractors, vendors and visitors throughout the facility.
• Issue keys and maintain logs.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies per SOP.
• Operate ID badge machine and monitor video system.
• Interface with Facility Department to dispatch Maintenance personnel.
