Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and contractors at a retail property front desk.
• Greet visitors, give directions and information, maintain a welcoming presence.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document activities as required.
• Monitor cameras, alarms and systems to deter unauthorized access.
