Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, maintain visitor records, and communicate access requirements.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other equipment; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, organized problem solving and notify site contacts and responders.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate clearly with healthcare staff and leadership.
