Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at front desk for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain logs.
• Direct visitors to departments and resources while remaining professional.
• Respond to incidents and alarms using established procedures.
• Communicate observations and issues to site contacts and leadership.
